When we want something so bad, we sometimes forget to consult God if it is what he wants us to do, and we just do the thing. Some of us, we know that God doesn’t want us to do the thing, but then,we want it, so, we ignore Him, pretending He’s not there,and proceed to our own plan. And when consequences come, we question Him and complain about what’s happening. Jeremiah 29:11 says that, He has plans for us. Plans which will prosper us and plans which will not harm us.We may have prayers before which we thought were unanswered, but the truth is, God ALWAYS answers. “No” is also an answer. And when He says “No”, it means He has better things in stored for us. He knows everything,He knows what will happen, He knows what’s the best. God has far better plans for us than what we have for ourselves.
